By downloading, accessing, or using the Dentvio mobile application or website (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Account Security

The Service is intended for dental practitioners, dental students, and allied oral healthcare professionals. You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellations

• Dentvio Pro Tiers: Pro subscriptions are available on a monthly basis at $9.99/month or annually at $89.99/year.
• Billing Authority: Subscriptions and purchases are processed directly by the Google Play Store (or Apple App Store where applicable). Your payment method is billed automatically at the beginning of each billing period.
• Free Trial Terms: Annual subscriptions may include a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your Google Play account will be charged the annual rate.
• Cancellation: You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your Google Play Subscriptions manager. Upon cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of your paid billing period.
• Refunds: Refund requests are governed by Google Play standard refund policies and must be initiated through Google Play support.

4. AI-Generated Summaries & Intellectual Property

Original research publications, journal abstracts, and trademarks referenced on Dentvio remain the intellectual property of their respective publishers, authors, and manufacturers. Dentvio synthesizes and structures public scientific metadata under fair use and educational principles. AI summaries are computational interpretations and should be verified against the cited canonical DOI link.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lamareen Ltd., its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, or from any clinical outcomes resulting from decisions made using information presented on the Service.
