• Account & Profile Information: When you register, we collect your email address, first and last name, selected professional roles (e.g., General Dentist, Implantologist, Periodontist), country code, and clinical topic preferences.
• Clinical Radar & Library Preferences: Items you save to your Smart Library, custom collections created, and notification frequency choices.
• Subscription & Purchase Data: Subscription tier status (Free or Dentvio Pro), purchase tokens, and entitlement validity processed through Google Play and synchronized via RevenueCat. We never store credit card numbers directly on our servers.
• Device & Technical Telemetry: Device platform (Android/iOS), operating system version, app version, and push notification tokens (OneSignal) to ensure timely delivery of your morning Radar.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data solely for the following legitimate purposes:

• Personalizing your daily Radar ranking based on your specialty and followed topics.
• Providing structured 4-part AI research summaries and clinical relevance analyses.
• Synchronizing your saved Smart Library across your authenticated devices.
• Delivering opted-in push notifications for daily briefings and critical recall alerts.
• Validating active Pro subscription entitlements via RevenueCat and Google Play.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We partner with industry-standard, secure infrastructure providers:

• Supabase (PostgreSQL & Auth): Cloud database hosting, user authentication, and secure row-level access control.
• RevenueCat: In-app purchase verification, Google Play subscription lifecycle management, and entitlement validation.
• OneSignal: Encrypted push notification delivery to user devices.
• OpenAI (Backend AI Engine): Automated summarization of published research articles. No personal user data or clinical records are sent to LLM providers.

4. Data Security & Storage

All data transmitted between the Dentvio mobile app, web platform, and backend servers is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3). Database records are protected by strict PostgreSQL Row Level Security (RLS) policies ensuring clinicians can only read and write their own profile records and saved items.

5. Account & Data Deletion

You have the right to delete your Dentvio account and all associated personal data at any time. You can initiate deletion directly in the mobile application (Settings → Delete Account) or online via our dedicated public page at dentvio.app/delete-account.

Upon request, your user account, profile, followed topics, saved library items, device tokens, and notification preferences will be permanently purged within 30 days.
